Cartofi taranesti cu malai,copti si perfecti

Lavinia,daca o sa-i incerci sunt sigura ca o sa te indragostesti de ei,asa cum s-a intamplat si cu mine.Dupa cum am specificat in potarea anterioara,reteta am gasit-o in rev good food.Si sunt perfecti ca garnitura sau chiar simpli.Repet,daca i-ai incercat odata o sa devii dependenta:)
2 kg cartofi,curatati-2 kg peeled potatoes
2 linguri faina-2 tablespoons plain flour
3 linguri malai-3 tablespoons maize flour
5 linguri grasime de gasca,pentru aroma(eu am folosit ulei de palmier)-5 tablespoons goose fat(i used palm oil,you could use olive oil as well)
5 linguri unt-5 tablespoons butter
Se taie cartofii in sferturi,ar trebui sa obtii bucati egale,de 5 cm.Se fierb cartofii in apa cu sare,timp de 10 min,incepand cu momentul in care apa a dat in clocot.Se scot din cratita si se scurg bine.

Se aseaza cartofii intr-o cratita si se presara deasupra faina,malaiul si putina sare.Se acopera cratita cu un capac si se scutura bine,pentru a acoperi cartofii cu faina si malai si pentru a le zdrobi usor marginile.
Put the potatoes in a pan and sprinkle the plain flour ,maize flour and a pinch of salt(or more,if you like)on top.Cover the pan with a lid and shake well,because you have to cover the potatoes with flour and easily smash the edges of the potatoes.
Incalziti cuptorul la 190 de grade.Puneti untul si grasimea sau uleiul intr-o tava,tava ar trebui sa fie suficient de mare,astfel incat toti catofii sa incapa intr-un singur strat.Puneti tava in cuptor pentru 5 min.Apoi rasturnam repede cartofii in tava si ii punem la copt pentru 30 min,ii intoarcem odata,apoi crestem temperatura la 220 C si ii mai lasam 20 min.

the pan should be large enough so that all the potatoes will fit in one layer.Put the pan in the oven for 5 min so that the fat can melt and heat enough.Then add in the pan the potatoes and let them cook for 30 min,turn them over one time and then rise the temperature at 220 C .Cook for another 20 min or until they are gold enough.
