Ingrediente :
1 kg faina
500 gr tarate de grau
1 lingura sare
50 g drojdie proaspata sau 2 pliculete uscata
2 linguri zahar
500-600 ml apa sau bors
150 ml ulei

Preparare:
Dizolvi drojdia,1 lingurita zahar si 2 lg faina in putina apa calduta,obtinand o maia subtire ca o smantana.
(Daca folosesti drojdie uscata sari peste aceasta etapa)
Pui intr-un vas faina cernuta,o amesteci cu maiaua,restul de apa calduta,sarea si zaharul.Framanti aluatul incorporand treptat taratele
