Special coapte cu gandul la Violeta si a ei provocare din luna Februarie , care m-a incantat de-a dreptul , imi plac mult aluaturile si sunt obisnuita sa lucrez cu ele, iar frigul de afara a fost fix backgroundul de care aveam nevoie pentru a ma mobiliza sa coc ceva parfumat , pufos si delicios ca aceste pumpkin buns, pe care le puteti umple nu numai cu dulceata, ci si cu crema de ciocolata, pasta de fasole rosie , fructe uscate, sau orice altceva mai poftiti. Spor la framantat si devorat , merita!!!

1) 130 g piure de dovleac
2) 280 g faina
3) 40 g zahar
4) 1 1/2 lingurita drojdie uscata
5) 1/2 lingurita sare
6)80g - 90 ml lapte
7)40 g unt moale
8) umplutura dupa preferinta
~1)Se amesteca intr-un bol incapator faina,zaharul,drojdia,sarea.

Se formeaza aluatul incorporand dovleacul

si laptele caldut.

~2) La final, se framanta aluatul cu unt cel putin 20 min.
~3) Se lasa sa creasca o ora, intr-un bol uns cu ulei si acoperit cu un prosop de bucatarie sau folie alimentara

~4) Se imparte aluatul in 12-13 buc, de aprox 45 gr fiecare.Se lasa sa se odihneasca acoperite, 15 min
~5)Se aplatizeaza aluatul, se pune o lingurita de umplutura, se aduna marginile si se formeaza o minge de aluat,

~6) Se ung cu ou batut, se coc timp de 15-20 min in cuptorul incins la 180 grade.
