Portionam aripa de curcan,obtinand in jur de 5-6 bucati frumoase de carne,incingem putin ulei intr-o tigaie incapatoare si prajim curcanul pana capata o culoare usor maronie.
Intre timp taiem ceapa si ciupercile curatate de pielita.
