Daca tot am fost plecata atat la bunicii mei iubiti am mai bucatarit cate ceva,ca tot nu am gasit inca o modalitate sa le rasplatesc suficient dragostea.
Deci,ne trebuie:
carne de pui(eu am folosit o punga ce continea 5 pulpe mari pe care le-am taiat pe jumatate)
1 kg cartofi taiati rondele
un ardei gras taiat in fasii
un pahar si jumatate de vin alb
condimente
un catel de usturoi
Cum facem:
Splam pulpele,le portionam si le asezam intr-o tava unsa cu ulei.
Asezam peste pulpe cartofii si ardeiul,adaugam catei de usturoi taiati in bucatele mici.
Asezonam bine totul,evitand sarea pe care o vom pune aproape de final.
Turnam peste amestec un pahar de vin,restul il oprim pentru mai tarziu.
Punem totul la cuptor la foc moderat pentru aprox o ora,din cand in cand intoarcem carnea si stropim cu vinul ramas.

La sfarsit adaugam sare si garnisim cu frunze de patrunjel.
