E delicioasa pe o felie de paine neagra cu seminte,bagata pt cateva minute la cuptor si apoi unsa cu un catel de usturoi!
Ne trebuie:
- 500 gr fasole alba uscata
- 1 morcov,1 radacina de patrunjel,o ceapa(doar pentru aroma)
- 2 cepe(pt prajeala)
- 1 lg cu pasta de tomate
- 1 foaie de dafin
- 3-4 catei de usturoi
- boia de ardei
- sare
- cimbru
- ulei
- Alege fasolea si pune-o la inmuiat cu o seara inainte de a fi pregatita.A doua zi,schimba apa si pune-o la fiert.Dupa cateva colocote,schimba din nou apa.
- Adauga o ceapa,morcovul ,radacina de patrunjel,putin cimbru,foia de dafin,cateva boabe de piper si un strop de ulei.Continua fierberea pana cand fasolea este bine fiarta.
- Scoate din fasole legumele,scurge apoi boabele de fasole de apa,fara a arunca apa in care a fiert ultima data.Trece fasolea printr-o sita deasa,masina de tocat carne sau robot
