O prajitura foarte frageda,cu gust usor acrisor,o combinatie perfecta intre crema de nuca si piureul de mere.Cu aceasta prajitura ne-am incantat papilele gustative de Paste si mi-am pus si eu indemanarea la incercare,aceasta fiind prima data cand am copt foi pentru prajituri.

- 150 gr margarina pt prajituri
- 150 gr zahar pudra
- coaja rasa de lamaie
- 1 plic zahar vanilat

Le coci pe dosul tavii unse cu margarina si tapetat cu faina,cate 10-15 min fiecare.Cat se racesc prgatesti crmele.

Cureti merele,le dai pe razatoarea mare,le storci,apoi le calesti cu zahar si scortisoara timp de 15-20 min.

Freci spuma margarina cu zaharul pudra.
Separat,amesteci bine nuca macinata cu laptele fierbinte,zaharul vanilat,esenta si coaja de lamaie,

Cum asamblezi prajitura:
Intr-o tava asezi o foaie,apoi merele calite,alta foaie,crema de nuci si ultima foaie.Lasi prajitura pana a doua zi acoperita cu un fund de lemn pe care ai pus o greutate,apoi cand s-a fragezit ,o tai romburi sau patrate si o pudrezi cu un amestec da zahar si scortisoara sau presari doar nuca macinata sau scortisoara pentru ca prajitura este destul de dulce.
Desi pare o prajitura complicata,nu este,necesita timp de pregatire dar este foarte buna.
