Are mama o cartulie de pizza de la editura Aquila din 1999,ea nu a folosit-o niciodata,dar noroc ca am dat eu peste ea si am incercat o reteta mirifica de blat pt pizza si paine.Reteta se numeste simplu,"Aluat de paine"...(maine o sa adaug si o poza cu sectiunea)

1 pachet drojdie proaspata
1lg sare,1 lg zahar
15 gr untura porc
2 oua

1)Se pune faina intr-un castron,se adauga drojdia si untura.
1/4 l apa calduta se toarna peste compozitie,se adauga ouale,

Pentru 1/2 ora se pune la dospit.
2)Se framanta inca o data si se pune iar la dospit1/2 ora.

Se pune apoi pe o planseta,se framanta din nou,apoi se intinde.
3)Se coace in cuptorul incalzit la 220 C.
