Aceasta este o reteta secreta...[so be aware] sau cel putin a fost:)))!
Acum mult timp,mama a absolvit niste cursuri de bucatar,e talentata,ii placea si isi dorea sa aiba aceasta meserie,dar nu a mai apucat sa profeseze...a facut copii,si-a gasit un job bine platit si a ramas acolo,apoi s-au intamplat altele si altele,iar acum zice ca e prea tarziu sa mai incerce.
Dar nu a uitat de aceasta reteta pe care a invatat-o intr-un restaurant din Caracal,acolo unde facea practica si a lucrat si ceva timp ca ajutor de bucatar.Acum cateva zile s-a apucat sa faca ciorbita,a pus oasele de vita la fiert impreuna cu burta vacutei,dar s-a facut tarziu si a trebuit sa plece la munca...si uite asa reteta ei nu mai e secreta,mi-a explicat cum si ce si am facut-o si cica a iesit tare buna[eu nu stiu,mi-e nu-mi place acest fel de ciorba,asa ca,sa-i credem pe cuvant pe toti oamenii care au incercat-o,va spun eu ca au fost destui]
1 kg burta de vaca
1 kg oase de vita(cu sita,dar si cu ceva carne)
2 cepe mari
3-4 morcovi
piper,sare,otet
4 oua
2 linguri mustar
500 gr smantana
Se pun oasele impreuna cu burta de vaca la fiert in apa curata.Se lasa la fiert cel putin 4 ore(daca cumparati burta de vaca prefiarta,fierbeti-o maxim 2 ore)Dupa ce au fiert carnurile,se scot din supa

si se taie fasii subtiri(inclusiv carnea de pe oase).

Acum este momentul sa adaugati ceapa intreaga in supa,impreuna cu sarea,piperul,eventual o foaie de dafin.Lasati sa fiarba 20 min.Intre timp se dau morcovii pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mici,dupa care se calesc intr-un strop de ulei.

Scoateti ceapa din supa,adaugati morcovii si mustarul,pe care l-ati amestecat intr-un bol mic cu 2 linguri din supa fierbinte.

Intre timp bateti bine ouale impreuna cu smantana,

stingeti focul supei si lasati-o sa se raceasca pret de vreo 10 min,luati cu un polonic mic putina supa calda si adaugati-o incetul cu incetul in smantana cu oua,apoi turnati totul in oala cu supa,amestecand incet.Asta-i tot,serviti alaturi de otet si mujdei de usturoi ,cui ii place si nu uitati sa adaugati si carnita in ciorba ,atunci cand o puneti in farfurie.
