Chiftelute marinate,paste cu chiftelute sau spaghetti with meatballs,oricum le-ati spune,este vorba de fapt,despre chiftelutele noastre obisnuite scaldate intr-un sos delicios de rosii.Le puteti servi cu spaghete(asa cum am facut noi), cu piure sau ca atare,alaturi de o felie proaspata de paine.

Inmuiati painea in 80 ml apa sau lapte,tocati fin ceapa,pisati usturoiul,razuiti cascavalul sau cartoful.Se bate bine oul,apoi se amesteca toate ingredientele intr-un bol alaturi de carnea tocata,condimentati.

Se toaca fin ardeiul iute,se pune intr-o tigaie pe foc alaturi de rosii,cand sosul a dat in clocot adaugati chiftelutele si lasa-ti sa fiarba impreuna pret de vreo 20 min,se condimenteaza sosul,se presara verdeata.
Pentru servit se fierb pastele comform instructiunilor de pe pachet,se scurg si se aseaza pe o farfurie,se toarna sosul cu chiftelute si se serveste cu cascaval proaspat razuit.
