Uneori lucrurile simple fac diferenta,asa cum se intampla si cu acesti cartofi.Nu trebuie sa fii cel mai indemanatic chef ca sa-i pregatesti,in schimb iti vor iesi atat de deliciosi si speciali,incat vei incepe sa crezi ca,chiar esti unul!
Si ce e si mai grozav este faptul ca te poti bucura de cartofii copti si in timpul postului!
Si ca sa inchei,fara sa mai zabovesc mult,trebuie sa va mai zic doar atat:
"Sa mori de placere,si alta nu!!!"

Se aleg in jur de un kilogram,un kilogram si jumatate de cartofi frumosi,mijlocii,de preferabil noi,

o lamaie parfumata si sanatoasa si o 1/2 capatana usturoi.Spala coaja cartofilor foarte bine,in 2-3 ape,apoi pune-i pe foc si lasa-i sa stea 10 min,incepand cu momentul in care apa a clocotit,scoate-i,scurge-i,usuca-i de apa.
Intre timp,in 3 linguri ulei,soteaza 3 cateii de usturoi,zdrobiti in coaja,3-4 boabe piper si cateva ace de rozmarin proaspat,puteti folosi si uscat,in cazul in care nu aveti din cel verde.

Trantiti cartofii intr-o tava incapatoare,rasturnati si uleiul,stoarce-ti zeama unei jumatati de lamai peste cartofi si asezonati-i cu sare de mare.Se tin in cuptorul incins pret de 40 min sau pana cand devin crocanti la exterior si moi in interior.
P.S am uitat sa precizez ca inainte de a-i baga in cuptor,am facut o incizie fiecarui cartof,in care am introdus o bucatica mica,mica de usturoi(mmm,ador usturoiul,cat mai mult :)))
