Ei bine astazi va prezint un sos delicios.M-am indragostit pe deplin de gustul lui acrisor in combinatie cu rosiile dulci si aromate si ciupercile carnoase.L-am alaturat unui cocos de curte bine fiert si apoi rumenit in putin ulei,dar savoarea acestui sos il face perfect compatibil cu o carne mai grasa,de exemplu cea de porc sau oaie.
Gaina de curte cu sos de rosii si ciuperci
pulpele,aripile si pieptul unui cocos (poate fi si gaina ) / [sau 600 gr de carne(porc,oaie,etc)]
1 lamaie nu prea mare,poate chiar o lamaie si jumatate(depinde de gust)
400 gr rosii taiate in bulion
350 gr ciuperci (proaspete sau din conserva)
sare,piper
