Cu aceasta prajiturica am contribuit si eu la provocarea lunii martie,Dulce Romanie fiind gazduita de Bucatarie Furnicutilor,ei au ales aceasta minunata combinatie,cafeaua si vinul,ce m-au determinat sa creez aceasta minunatie ,care este si de post,o prajitura densa cu multa nuca si multa cofeina,te asigur ca iti va pune sangele in miscare si,ce e si mai bine,te va indulci si la propriu si la figurat!

1 ceasca nuca macinate,se poate si mai mult daca vrei
o ceasca cafea gata preparata,neindulcita
2 cani faina
1 plic praf de copt
jumatate de esenta de rom
Sirop:
3 linguri de zahar
o ceasca de apa
Glazura:
3 linguri cacao
5 linguri zahar
3 linguri apa
50 gr margarina
pt glazura poti folosi si o ciocolata de post(amaruie,novatini am folosit eu)
Am frecat bine de tot cafeaua cu zaharul,

l-am stins cu apa,am turnat si putin esenta de rom,si l-am lasat sa faca cativa bulbuci,asa fierbinte l-am turnat peste praji.

Pt glazura eu am topit o ciocolata amaruie alaturi de margarina si o lingura cacao,pt ca am vrut un gust intens de cacao,dar o sa va explic si cum se face glazura normala:

Pt glazura eu am topit o ciocolata amaruie alaturi de margarina si o lingura cacao,pt ca am vrut un gust intens de cacao,dar o sa va explic si cum se face glazura normala:
- se pune pe foc cacaoa,zaharul,apa si margarina,lasi sa se topeasca si amesteci bine pana se incorporeaza.
- sau mai simpu,topesti la bain-marie impreuna cu 2 linguri ulei,ciocolata de post si o intinzi calduta pe blat.
