Checul este unul dintre deserturile mele preferate,cu cacao,fara, cu nuci sau stafide,oricum ar fi se mananca rapid.Eu una,pot spune ca am gasit reteta care pt mine e pur si simplu perfecta.Are tot ce imi doresc,aroma puternica,textura pufoasa si umeda.Acelei doamne fara nume,pe care am intalnit-o intr-o zi,intr-o pravalie mica de mezeluri si care mi-a impartasit aceasta reteta fara sa-mi ceara nimic in schimb,ii multumesc din suflet si mi-ar placea sa stiu ca intr-o zi va afla ca reteta ei de chec am impartasit-o fetelor din aceasta minunata lume virtuala.

150 gr iaurt simplu
un pahar bere
1 si 1/2 pahar zahar
1/2 pahar ulei
6 oua
un varf cutit nucsoara,ghimbir
o esenta rom
coaja rasa de lamaie si portocala
un plic praf de copt
2 pahare cu varf faina bine cernuta
2 linguri cacao
Mai intai se mixeaza bine ouale intregi cu zaharul,pana ce se transforma intr-o crema,

se adauga iaurtul,uleiul si aromele.Intr-un bol se amesteca faina cu praful de copt sau o lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu.Se adauga treptat cate putina faina,apoi berea,faina,bere,pana ce se termina ingredientele.Se amesteca pana la omogenizare folosind o lingura de lemn.
Se toarna 1/4 compozitie intr-un bol,se amesteca cu pudra de cacao,puteti folosi si pudra de roscove si 2-3 linguri bere.
Se tapeteaza 2 forme de chec cu hartie de copt sau margarina,se toarna cele doua compozitii si se dau la copt pana ce creste frumos si trece testul scobitorii.

Berea nu influenteaza intr-un mod negativ rezultatul si nici nu-i da un gust special,ideea e ca aceasta bautura face checul sa creasca mult mai frumos si sa aiba o textura umeda,adica sa nu fie inecacios,per total, este o reteta foarte simpla si nesofisticata,ba chiar o reteta de chec economica,as spune si poate va hotarati sa-i dati o sansa.
