Cred ca toti cunoastem prajitura triunghiulara cu multe foi,multa crema de cacao si nuci si multa crema caramel.Mama spune ca este prajitura copilariei ei si o gasea intotdeauna in orice cofetarie ar fi intrat,eu n-am apucat acele timpuri,deci nu pot spune daca chiar are gustul original al prajiturii Carpati,dar cu siguranta e gustoasa.Reteta pare complicata,sincer nu e,in schimb dureaza foarte mult pregatirea,mie mi-a luat in jur de o ora numai coacerea foilor,dar pregatita pentru o ocazie deosebita merita tot efortul.
Din aceste cantitati vor iesi 12 bucati uriase pe care le puteti taia inca odata si ve-ti obtine 24 ,noi asa am facut pentru ca am realizat ca nu ne putem lupta cu asemenea "munti".

1 si 1/2 cana lapte
1 cana zahar
1 cana ulei
1-2 lingurite amoniac
1 300 gr faina pentru a iesi un aluat potrivit
Crema caramel:
6-7 linguri amidon sau faina
1 l lapte
1 si 1/2 cana zahar
1/2 pachet unt sau margarina
1/2 ceasca apa
mirodenii
Crema de nuci
2 linguri cacao
1 pachet unt
3-4 linguri apa
7-8 linguri zahar
300 g nuci macinate
esenta de rom de buna calitate

pe dosul tavii(nu uitati sa intepati foaia inainte de a o coace pentru ca altfel va creste).Eu am impartit aluatul in 2 bucati si fiecare jumatate in inca 6 parti egale,coacerea unei singure foi dureaza undeva la 4 pana la 5 minute.

Pentru crema caramel se arde zaharul pe jumatate si se stinge cu apa.Dupa ce s-a topit,pui 1/2 l lapte,iar in cealalta jumatate pui amidonul pana se desface(cum spuneam,se poate folosi si faina,dar eu prefer amidonul pentru ca sigur crema va iesi fara cocoloase si foarte fina)apoi o adaugi peste celelalte ingrediente.Fierbi totul,amestecand continuu pana obtii o crema fix ca o budinca sau ciulama(ma refer la consistenta)

La sfarsit se adauga margarina si mirodeniile.

Pentru crema de nuci se pun apa pe foc,zaharul si cacaua si se fierbe pana ce se topeste zaharul,apoi se adauga margarina.Cand siropul s-a racit se adauga nucile macinate si esenta.

Inainte de a asambla prajitura se taie marginile foilor astfel incat aceastea sa aiba aceeasi dimensiune si forma.
Pui o foaie unsa cu crema caramel,apoi asezi o foaie unsa cu crema de cacao
