Desigur,pandispanul se preteaza la orice fel de fructe:caise,piersici, ananas,prune,visine,cirese,capsuni,iar eu sunt de parere ca pandispanul cu fructe este una dintre cele mai usoare si mai savuroase prajituri ever,de aceea va invit cu mare drag sa incercati aceasta reteta,care a avut un mare succes in familia noastra.

Mixati ouale impreuna cu mirodeniile si zaharul pana se obtine o crema groasa, alba si stralucitoare,astfel veti sti ca s-a topit zaharul,

apoi se adauga treptat uleiul, lapte putin cate putin, iar la sfarsit, se incorporeaza faina cernuta impreuna cu 1 plic praf de copt
Se va obtine un aluat pufos si aerat,cu o consistenta un pic mai groasa decat cea a aluatului de clatite.
Turnati compozitia intr-o tava mare de aragaz captusita, inclusiv peretii, cu hartie de copt,
Asezati uniform deasupra aluatului, visinele putin scurse.
Se da la cuptorul bine incins, cu 15 min inainte de a introduce tava, pentru 35-40 min sau pana ce trece testul cu scobitoarea si este frumos rumenita.Se serveste dupa preferinta,pudrata cu zahar pudra sau simpla,va iesi o prajitura extraordinar de pufoasa si atat de delicioasa,incat o ve-ti reface mereu,eu intotdeauna fac 2 tavi de pandispan cu fructe,pentru ca altfel ne certam pe portii:))
