Desigur,aceasta este varianta mea,dupa gust si/sau posibilitate puteti adauga si alte legume savuroase ce se gasesc in acest moment prin piete,asadar reteta:
Ghiveci de legume
am folosit:
2 cepe mari
2 morcovi
2 dovlecei mai marisori
2 vinete potrivite
2 cartofi mari
un gogosar(se poate folosi si ardei gras)
o mana de fasole verde
2 cani suc de rosii(facut din rosii decojite si pasate in mixer/blender)
verdeata
Se toaca ceapa,morcovul si ardeiul/gogosarul.
Celelalte legume se taie in bucati potrivite.
Se pun la calit in ulei incins ceapa,morcovul si ardeiul,
iar cand s-au inmuiat se adauga si dovlecelul impreuna cu vanata.Se sting cu suc de rosii
si se da intr-un clocot,
se adauga fasolea verde rupta in bucati si curatata de ate si 1/2 ceasca apa,se fierbe pana ce legumele s-au patruns bine si sosul a scazut,se potriveste de sare si se presara cu verdeata din abundenta.
